  2. Identify imbalances in the five dimensions of life: relationships, work, money, community, and self.
  3. Set goals for yourself in the five dimensions.
  4. Prioritize your core values.
  5. Write a personal work-life balance mission statement.
  6. Identify the actual conflicts between your work and personal life.
  7. Identify and address barriers to achieving work-life balance.
  8. Use assertive behaviors to maintain your work-life balance.
  9. Create a work-life balance implementation strategy.
  10. Build a support system to maintain your work-life balance.

 

Making Solid Decisions

Solving problems and making decisions make up a significant part of a manager’s day. Every problem is a chance to learn something new and to examine an issue in a different way. Managers need to have a toolkit of creative techniques that they can use in solving problems and making decisions.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  1. Identify the challenges and opportunities facing your organization.
  2. Brainstorm creative ideas and solutions.
  3. Balance your logical and creative thinking skills.
