Trainmar was established in Trinidad in 1996 and primarily offered training related to the Maritime sector. Our reputation quickly grew for offering high quality training at international standards and we began to offer training in all areas that affect business.

Today, our services now extend to include a wide range of solutions to solve business challenges and improve performance.

We operate across borders and sectors and in both the private and public sectors. We are proud to be known – for over 20 years – for being service, results and performance driven.

Leah de Souza is the Managing Director of Trainmar Inter-Regional Programme Ltd. (Trainmar), a provider of top quality, results-oriented workshops and customized Workplace Learning and Development Solutions.

Facilitator

Ria – based in Trinidad – is the Regional Bid Manager at a Global IT & Services provider. Her areas of expertise and professional passion include PMO Development & Management, Project/Change/Quality Management (PMI/CMMi), Proposal Development, and Event Management.

She has led numerous internal & external projects both in the government and private sectors. She has also been very instrumental in initiating & leading a number of PMO initiatives geared toward the continuous growth of the Regional Project Management Office.

She has a proven track record with diverse businesses, from entrepreneurs to Fortune 50 companies, nationally and internationally. She is the author of “Sales Call Reluctance s Nothing to be Embarrassed About’ and a featured author of ‘The Sales Coach 2”.

Connie is a graduate of one of the most respected and accredited coaching schools: Adler School of Professional Coaching. She served as VP of Programs for the Phoenix Chapter of International Coaching Federation in 2011.
